On one hand, the visibility is second to none and they really help with tracking your shot through the air, but the fit on my arrows was extremely tight—I almost felt like I was going to crack the carbon during install. Once they are in, they stay put, but just be careful during the setup. They are a solid product but definitely have a bit of a learning curve compared to simple plastic nocks.
